In this free FISITA webinar, experts from the FISITA Digitalisation Expert Group sub-group on Immersive Simulation share key takeaways from the group’s recent white paper.
The presentation frames immersive simulation for the automotive industry with a focus on Extended Reality (XR) and visual simulation: human‑in‑the‑loop, multi‑sensory experiences that combine high‑fidelity rendering, accurate material/lighting models, and interactive workflows across design, validation, manufacturing, and customer evaluation.
Attendees will learn about key concepts, the state of the art in XR devices, graphics, data, and standards, all framed in selected case studies.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
